Dr. Henry (Hillel) Abramson is dean of Academic Affairs and Student Services at Touro College South. He earned his PhD in History in 1995, and has held post-doctoral fellowships and visiting appointments at Harvard, Cornell, Oxford and Hebrew University. Dr. Abramson is the author of three books and several scholarly articles, and his research has been recognized by the National Endowment for the Humanities, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and the National Education Association, which named him to the "Excellence in the Academy" Award in 2001.
